Plunkett's Construction was founded in 2021.  Ricky Plunkett, owner and operator,  understood the importance of quality work and wanted to offer something that was missing from the Tri-State.  Plunkett's Construction was founded on fundamental family values of honesty and integrity, combined with hard work and quality results.
